Shadow Work Session
Integrate the Hidden Self. Reclaim Your Power.
Shadow work is the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious parts of yourself—the thoughts, emotions, desires, and traits you've suppressed, rejected, or learned to hide. Often shaped by early life experiences, family conditioning, or cultural expectations, these "shadow" aspects can quietly drive your behavior, relationships, and self-image until they're brought into the light.
This work is rooted in the psychological framework of Carl Jung, who described the shadow as the disowned parts of the psyche that influence us from the background—until we meet them with awareness.
What We'll Explore in a Shadow Work Session:
-
Recognizing Triggers
Discover what irritates, hurts, or unsettles you—and what deeper wounds or beliefs those reactions reveal. -
Uncovering Repressed Emotions
Fear, anger, jealousy, shame—these powerful emotions often live in the shadow. Naming and feeling them is the first step toward healing. -
Owning Disowned Traits
Reclaim parts of yourself that may have felt unsafe or "too much" in the past—like your voice, ambition, vulnerability, sensuality, or strength. -
Healing Inner Wounds
Break free from unconscious patterns like self-sabotage, projection, people-pleasing, or emotional numbing. -
Integration & Empowerment
The goal isn't to eliminate the shadow—but to integrate it. When these hidden aspects are acknowledged and honored, they become sources of creativity, depth, and personal power.
Is This For You?
A shadow work astrology session is for you if you're:
-
Feeling stuck in recurring emotional patterns or relationship dynamics
-
Ready to confront and heal the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or judged
-
Seeking deeper self-acceptance, inner freedom, and wholeness
🌒 Your shadow is not your enemy—it’s a gateway to your greatest growth. Within it lie the gifts, strengths, and truths you've been taught to hide. When you meet your shadow with compassion, you don’t just heal—you become more whole, more free, and more fully yourself.
